Event Name: Balfolk “Barn Dance” with Bob Walser and The McNordiques

Location: Folklore Village, 3210 County Highway BB, Dodgeville, WI 53533 

Description: Experience Balfolk, a folk dance revival movement gaining popularity across Europe and the US. Enjoy dances like the waltz, schottische, and polka, along with the polska, bourrée, gavotte, and more. Minneapolis-based caller Bob Walser will lead the dances, with music by The McNordiques & Friends, featuring a variety of instruments including accordion, nyckelharpa, cittern, and pipes. 

Admission: $10 adults, $8 seniors/teens, $5 youth (5-12), kids under 5 free, family cap $25.
