Ruby’s Pantry is for ANYONE that eats! Ruby’s Pantry is an organization that partners with food manufacturers, distributors and producers to gather their surplus and overages. The goods are brought to their warehouses where it is sorted and loaded into semi-trucks that brings the food to the pantry locations once a month. We unload the semi into the parking lot and set up an assembly line to put a “share” of food together into boxes that gets loaded into your car as you drive through. The cost of a share is $25 cash. This is a great way to stretch your family’s food budget. It’s like Christmas each month because you never know what you’re going to get! Food shares will vary each month but include dairy, meat, beverages, produce, bread, pastas, frozen foods, etc. Please like and follow our Facebook page to get a preview prior to the distribution to see what will be on the truck for our pop-up. There is no income or residency requirement. Ruby’s Pantry is not government funded and is a 501 C3. Each donation is used to cover operational costs like trucking, gas, and warehouse staff.
